President/Social Worker:

Cynthia K. Jensen is a Certified Social Worker in the State of Wisconsin. Cindy graduated Cum Laude from Milton College in 1978 with a Bachelor of Arts degree. From 1990 to 2009 she was employed by another Wisconsin child placing agency. During that time Cindy placed more than 550 children with adoptive families. Cindy keeps current on adoption practice by obtaining an additional 30 hours (or more) of continuing education every two years as required to maintain state certification. In addition, over the past 33 years Cindy formed strong professional relationships throughout the adoption community as well as with numerous other referral resources. She has excellent working relationships with the various professionals involved in the adoption process in Wisconsin as well as several other states. Cindy served on a legislative task force to create legislation for a birth father registry in the State of Wisconsin. She also spoke at the national convention for the American Academy of Adoption Attorneys and has been a presenter regarding the adoption process in many different forums. Cindy is also a past member of the National Association of Social Workers.

Executive Director:

Chantel Stried is a licensed clinical social worker in the state of Wisconsin. She received her Bachelor of Art in psychology from the University of Wisconsin- Madison in 1993. She then received her Master of Social Work degree from George Williams College of Aurora University in 1996. Chantel has worked for Mercy Health in Janesville, Wisconsin, since 1995 in various social work positions including a child and adolescent inpatient unit and a day treatment program. She is currently working as a social worker doing outpatient therapy with children, adolescents, and families. Chantel has had experience working in the adoption field at another child placing agency. She has performed duties needed in the process of adoption on an as needed basis since 1994. Chantel keeps current in social work related practice by maintaining her required units of continuing education credits each year. As well, she has recently become a Board Certified Life coach.

Adoption Social Worker

Andrea Crump (Andi) is an Advanced Practice Social Worker in the State of Wisconsin. Andi graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater in 2011 with her Bachelors in Social work. She went on to complete her Masters in Social Work at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, graduating in 2015. Andi completed her undergraduate internship at Waukesha County Department of Health and Human Services, and her graduate work at Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin in Child Welfare. She continues to have professional ties to both agencies. Andi is up to date on some of the latest social work practices, and keeps current on adoption practices through her continuing education hours in social work. Andi is a former member of the National Association of Social Workers.
